The Wanda Group will contribute 60 million yuan to the 12th National Games of China, according to a partnership agreement signed by the Wanda Group and the Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Sports on July 18.

Chen Zhenggao, Governor of Liaoning Province, and Wang Jianlin, Chairman of the Wanda Group, attended the signing ceremony in Shenyang.

The 12th National Games of China will be held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, in August 2013.

The Wanda Group formed a strategic partnership with the China Football Association in July 2011, providing 600 million yuan to revive Chinese football.

In the past 24 years, the Wanda Group has contributed more than 2.9 billion yuan in cash to charity causes.
